How do I get the status of my travel booking?

In the meantime, all files will be handled virtually by phone. Please call us directly and leave us a message. Please make sure to leave your reservation number, your departure date, and your full name when leaving your voicemail. Our travel professionals will be checking voicemail every hour during normal business hours and we will do our best to get back to you in the order in which your call was received.

Each of your requests are important to us, and we are here to answer them. Our teams are working hard to ensure that we are able to answer them in a timely manner. Please note that we are currently prioritizing reservations with departures within the next 10 days. For more distant departures, please wait until 10 days or less before departure to contact us.
