Travel is best type of therapy. Finding new places, meeting new friends and rekindling relationships can be just what the doctor ordered!
One of my greatest travel memories is climbing the Great Wall of China with my husband. It was truly amazing and we left with such a sense of accomplishment. It is a day we will always remember.
